We’re all used to hearing work-related complaints in a Metropolitan area. Expensive tolls; snail-paced commutes; delays on public transportation; impossible bosses; long hours; stressful deadlines. If you work for the Government or are a federal contractor, you’ve probably heard this stuff too. Possibly daily. At ITegrity, we like to think that if you have a high paying, satisfying job, with healthcare, and are not lacking in fundamental basics like housing and groceries, heat in winter and air conditioning in summer, then you’re in a good position to help those in need.
Giving Back is Easy
We believe not just in giving to good causes (though that is important), but in actively engaging in good works that help those less fortunate than ourselves. Periodically throughout the year, we organize employee group events that help others (such as filling backpacks for Title One school kids or serving the homeless at soup kitchens) because it is the right thing to do, and maybe allows us to appreciate what we have just a little more. Furthermore, we find the events to be fun and bring us closer together as a work family. If you are the type who values service and believes in giving back, ITegrity may be a good fit.
