Quality

As an IT, Engineering, and management consulting firm, ITegrity is committed to meeting or exceeding the highest standards of the Federal Government.

Our Quality Commitment

At ITegrity, quality is more than a metric—it is a mindset that guides every decision, process, and interaction. As we continue to grow and innovate, our commitment to delivering world-class services remains anchored in globally recognized standards and best practices.

We are proud to have achieved and maintained certifications in ISO 9001 (Quality Management Systems), ISO 20000 (IT Service Management), and ISO 27001 (Information Security Management). Each of these standards reflects our dedication to operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and the protection of sensitive information in an increasingly complex digital world.

In addition, our organization has achieved a Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) appraisal for both Development and Services, which highlights the maturity and effectiveness of our development and service delivery processes. CMMI provides us with a structured framework for ongoing improvement and a roadmap for delivering predictable, high-quality outcomes to our stakeholders.

These certifications and appraisals are not simply achievements—they are reflections of our values. They demonstrate that we operate with discipline, transparency, and a relentless focus on quality.

Looking ahead, we remain steadfast in our mission to raise the bar, adapt to evolving standards, and drive innovation—without ever compromising on quality.
