ITegrity-Backed JV Secures SAMHSA Grant & Contract Review Support Contract
ITegrity is thrilled to announce that the mentor-protégé joint venture, RIVIT Alliance LLC (a collaboration between RIVA Solutions and ITegrity), has been awarded a $19.7 million contract to deliver Grant and Contract Review Support (GCRS) services for the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA), within the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services. The JV was selected from a competitive field of seven bidders.
RIVIT Alliance will provide essential technical and logistical support to SAMHSA’s Office of Financial Resources, specifically aiding the Division of Grant Review and the Division of Contracts Management. This definitive contract, structured under an 8(a) competition, channels over $3.4 million in immediate funding to support critical federal grant and contract infrastructure
