The Bowie Business Innovation Center (BIC) recently invited our very own Tarandeep Bawa (ITegrity President & CEO) to be their “successful 8(a) business executive” speaking to and providing one-to-one mentoring at their 8(a) Accelerator Program. This program was developed by the BIC in collaboration with the Small Business Administration (SBA) to assist new 8(a) businesses. Tarandeep shared his experience and provided advice to 30+ business owners on running and growing a successful 8(a) business. Discussion points included the importance of company culture, contract vehicles, relationships, and Joint Ventures, along with trust with customers, employees, and partners.
